As an EU citizen, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. That means you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days after signing up for a subscription with us.
This only applies to the first payment when you sign up for the subscription. If your subscription renews, you can't withdraw from that.

Did you buy the subscription on iOS through the Apple App Store ?
