What kinds of customer reviews are published on our website?

We currently publish 2 kinds of customer reviews on our websites:

How do we make sure that only genuine customer reviews are published?

We always request customer quotes by email. Through the email address, we can make sure that the customer actually bought and/or used the simpleclub service.

If there are irregularities or signs that a review might not be genuine, we request additional manual proof or don't publish the review.<br><br>​

For selected App Store and Play Store reviews

We select App Store and Play Store reviews editorially. For each review, Apple or Google provides us with metadata, such as the date, installed app version, device, device language, and operating system version. From this, we can draw conclusions about authenticity.

If there are doubts or irregularities suggesting that a review wasn't submitted by a real user, we don't publish the review.<br><br>​

How do we select customer reviews for our website?

Customer reviews on our website are selected editorially. Please note that positive reviews may tend to be preferred.
