Generating a HAR file for troubleshooting

Sometimes the simpleclub support team needs more information about the network requests your browser generates. In that case, a team member may ask you to record the network requests made while the problem occurs and send them the log as a HAR file.

Note: A HAR file contains data such as the contents of your cookies and the pages you downloaded during the recording. Anyone with access to the HAR file can see the data transmitted during the recording. This may include personal data or other sensitive data. Make sure to protect your HAR files accordingly. Cloudflare has published a HAR Sanitizer that you can use to remove sensitive data.
