⚠️ Keep in mind that your password can only be reset if you registered with us via email. If your account is linked to Google, Facebook, or Apple, please contact them if you have problems with your password.
Change password
Do you just want to change your existing password in your profile, so you still know your current password and can sign in? Then you can easily set a new password in Settings.
Here's how:
Sign in to simpleclub on the website or in the app. Select "Profile". at the bottom right.
Under "Password" you'll get to the "Account overview", where you can change your password.
Request a new password
Did you forget your password and want to request a new one?
Here's how:
If you open simpleclub on the website or in the app and you're not signed in yet, you'll automatically land on our sign-in page.
Enter your email address and click "Password forgotten?".
In the window, we'll send you an email with a reset link. Click "Send mail" and check your email inbox.
Open the link you received in your browser and enter your new password there.
You can now sign in with it as usual again. 😊
