Relinking your Apple sign-in

If you see the error message “Account repair required” when signing in with Apple, you need to reset the link between your Apple account and simpleclub once. After that, you can sign in with Apple as usual again.

Choose one of the following guides depending on your device:

On your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the very top

  3. Select Sign-In & Security

  4. Tap Sign in with Apple

  5. Find simpleclub in the list and tap it

  6. Tap Stop Using Apple ID

  7. Confirm with Stop Using

On your Mac

  1. Open System Settings

  2. Click your Apple ID (top left)

  3. Select Sign-In & Security

  4. Click Sign in with Apple

  5. Find simpleclub and click Details

  6. Click Stop Using Apple ID

  7. Confirm the action

On the Apple website

  1. Open appleid.apple.com in your browser

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID

  3. Go to Sign-In and Security

  4. Click Sign in with Apple

  5. Select simpleclub from the list

  6. Click Stop Using Apple ID

  7. Confirm the action

Step 2: Sign in to simpleclub again

  1. Open the simpleclub app or go to app.simpleclub.com

  2. Tap Sign in with Apple

  3. Important: If Apple asks whether you want to share your email address, choose Share My Email (not “Hide My Email”)

  4. Follow the remaining instructions to finish signing in

Note

Resetting the link does not delete your learning data or progress. You're just signing in again – your account stays as it is.
